Integrated Modular Production
Dedicated work areas support frame fabrication, surface finishing and module assembly in parallel. This organized flow keeps structures and complete units at different production stages clearly separated, making it easier to coordinate standard models and customized projects within the same facility.
In-House Steel Profile Forming
Steel coil passes through a dedicated roll-forming line to create the profiles used in modular frames. Controlling this process in-house supports consistent section dimensions across production batches and repeatable fabrication for both standard and project-specific specifications.
CNC Laser Cutting
Rectangular tubes and other steel profiles are cut by CNC laser equipment according to production drawings. Automated positioning improves cutting accuracy and repeatability, creating cleaner interfaces for welding and reducing manual correction during frame assembly.
Structural Frame Welding
Certified welders fabricate the load-bearing frame and critical connections in dedicated work areas. Joint fit-up, weld position and frame dimensions are checked during production, with full-penetration welding used where it is specified by the structural design.
Surface Cleaning and Pretreatment
Before coating, fabricated frames are cleaned and prepared to remove oil, dust and processing residue from exposed surfaces, corners and welded areas. This stage supports consistent coating adhesion and reduces the risk of localized finish defects.
Electrostatic Powder Coating
Powder coating is applied to the prepared steel frame in a dedicated spray booth, covering joints, edges and other exposed surfaces. Compared with simple on-site painting, the factory process provides a more even finish and better control over coating application.
High-Temperature Coating Curing
After powder application, complete frames move into the curing system, where controlled heat bonds and hardens the coating. The cured finish provides a more uniform and durable surface during handling, transportation and normal service.
Full-Module Frame Assembly
Coated structural components are assembled into complete modular frames before walls, doors, windows and building systems are installed. Working at full-module scale allows the team to verify alignment, connection points and component fit before downstream assembly and packing.
