Company Introduction

From Steel Structure to Modular Building Systems

ReachTop began in 2013 by supplying and constructing site offices and modular buildings for construction projects in China. What started with steel structure and project-based construction gradually developed into a manufacturing business focused on prefabricated and container-based building systems.

Today, ReachTop manufactures detachable, flat pack, foldable and expandable container houses, as well as Apple Cabins and customized modular buildings. Our work covers the full path from steel fabrication and factory assembly to interior configuration, packing, transportation and support for on-site installation.

This manufacturing background shapes how we approach each project. A modular building is not only a finished unit leaving the factory. Its structure, materials, loading method, installation process and final use all need to work together. That is why we develop and adjust our products around actual project requirements rather than treating every order as a standard container.

ReachTop now serves customers across construction, mining, commercial, tourism and residential projects in multiple international markets, while continuing to expand its manufacturing, engineering and project-support capabilities.

Our Story

2026

Plans are underway to deepen cooperation with overseas distributors and establish local presence in key international markets. ReachTop continues to expand its global delivery network to better support modular building projects worldwide.

2025

Annual sales revenue exceeded RMB 280 million, with over 70% generated from international markets, marking a major transition toward a globally oriented modular building manufacturer.

2024

As demand for emergency and disaster-relief housing gradually declined after the global pandemic, ReachTop began transforming from a domestically focused manufacturer into an export-driven company, strengthening its international sales and distribution strategy.

2023

Annual revenue surpassed RMB 200 million. Michael Zhang was appointed General Manager, leading the company into a new phase focused on international growth and modular building system development.

2022

The overseas sales division expanded to more than 50 team members, becoming one of the largest international sales teams in the container housing industry in Weifang.

2021

ReachTop developed its first expandable container house and apple cabin units, becoming one of the early manufacturers in China capable of independently designing and producing these modular building solutions.

2020

Annual sales revenue exceeded RMB 100 million, driven by strong demand for modular housing solutions during the global pandemic.

2019

As the global pandemic created urgent demand for rapid housing solutions, ReachTop began supplying large volumes of emergency and disaster-relief housing, supported by its reputation for reliable delivery and production capability.

2018

The company continued stable growth while strengthening its internal organization and formally establishing a dedicated overseas sales department.

2017

Michael Zhang joined ReachTop after graduating from Dalian University of Technology, one of China’s leading engineering universities. He initiated the company’s first overseas sales efforts for container housing. Later that year, ReachTop secured a RMB 5 million export order to Turkey, marking an important step into international markets.

2016

ReachTop built its first manufacturing facility, covering 9,000 square meters, significantly improving production capacity and quality control systems.

2014

The company secured its first major project exceeding RMB 3 million, establishing a strong reputation in the regional construction market.

2013

ReachTop Steel Structure was founded, initially focusing on supplying and constructing site offices and modular buildings for construction projects across China.
