Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 31, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ReachTop website at https://rtophouse.com.
This website is operated by Shandong Reachtop Steel Structure Co., Ltd. under the ReachTop brand. In these Terms, “ReachTop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the website operator and the relevant ReachTop entity identified in a formal quotation or sales contract.
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, downloading materials, or communicating with us through the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue your use of the website.
These Terms apply to website use only. Any actual purchase, manufacturing order, engineering service, or project cooperation will be governed by the quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, technical agreement, drawings, or other written documents confirmed by both parties.
2. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and useful. However, the website is intended to provide general product and project information and should not be treated as a final technical specification, engineering approval, or binding commercial offer.
Product information may be updated as materials, manufacturing processes, supply conditions, regulations, or product designs change. We may correct errors or update website content without prior notice.
If information on the website differs from a formal quotation, contract, approved drawing, or technical document issued for a specific project, the formally confirmed project document will take priority.
3. Product Images and Project Examples
Product photographs, videos, renderings, floor plans, diagrams, and project examples are provided to help visitors understand our products and manufacturing capabilities.
Some images may show customized layouts, optional materials, upgraded finishes, furniture, appliances, foundations, landscaping, external structures, or other items that are not included in a standard product configuration.
Actual products may vary because of customization, material availability, production tolerances, lighting, screen display, transportation requirements, and project-specific specifications.
A previous project or example shown on the website does not mean that the same design, price, compliance outcome, or delivery schedule will automatically apply to another project.
4. Website Prices and Calculators
Prices, price ranges, cost examples, and calculator results displayed on this website are preliminary estimates for reference only. They do not constitute a binding quotation or an offer to sell.
An online estimate may be based on a standard configuration and may not include:
- International freight or inland transportation
- Port charges and customs clearance
- Import duties, taxes, or GST
- Foundations and site preparation
- Crane hire, unloading, or local installation
- Utility connections
- Local engineering or certification
- Planning permission or building approval
- Optional materials, equipment, or project-specific modifications
The final price may change according to product dimensions, quantity, materials, layout, structural requirements, destination, applicable Incoterm, currency movement, raw-material costs, and other project conditions.
A price becomes binding only when it is stated in a valid written quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract issued or accepted by ReachTop within its stated validity period.
5. Inquiries, Quotations and Orders
Submitting a form, sending an email, requesting a drawing, or discussing a project with our team does not create a purchase contract or require ReachTop to accept an order.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are prepared according to the information supplied by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate requirements, including quantity, intended use, destination, climate conditions, site conditions, layout, materials, local standards, and required documentation.
An order is confirmed only after the relevant commercial and technical documents have been agreed upon and the required deposit or payment has been received.
If the customer changes the design, quantity, materials, documentation requirements, delivery destination, or other agreed scope after confirmation, ReachTop may revise the price, production schedule, and delivery terms.
6. Customized Products
Many ReachTop products are manufactured or configured for specific projects. Customized products may include changes to dimensions, layouts, structure, insulation, finishes, doors, windows, electrical systems, plumbing systems, sanitary facilities, roofing, and other components.
Before production, the customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming the applicable quotation, specifications, drawings, material list, and other project documents.
Once drawings, materials, or production arrangements have been confirmed, later changes may result in additional costs and delays. Whether a change can be accepted depends on the production stage and its technical feasibility.
Cancellation, return, or refund rights for customized products will be determined by the applicable quotation or sales contract. Customized products generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their plans, preferences, or intended use after production has begun.
7. Local Codes, Permits and Approvals
Building codes, planning rules, energy-efficiency requirements, fire regulations, wind classifications, electrical standards, plumbing standards, and approval procedures vary between countries, regions, and individual sites.
Product information or compliance-related content on this website does not constitute approval by a local authority, building certifier, engineer, or regulator.
Unless expressly included in a written project scope, the customer is responsible for:
- Confirming local planning and building requirements
- Obtaining permits, approvals, and licenses
- Appointing local engineers, certifiers, builders, or other professionals
- Verifying foundations, site conditions, wind loads, snow loads, and other site-specific requirements
- Ensuring that installation and use comply with applicable local laws
Where agreed, ReachTop may provide drawings, material information, manufacturing documents, test reports, or technical support for review by the customer’s local professionals. Providing such documents does not guarantee approval for every location or site.
The final approval decision remains with the relevant local authorities and appointed professionals.
8. Production, Delivery and Shipping
Production and delivery times shown on the website or discussed before an order is confirmed are estimates only.
The binding production schedule, delivery basis, loading arrangement, Incoterm, transfer of risk, insurance responsibility, and shipping scope will be stated in the applicable contract or order documents.
Schedules may be affected by design confirmation, payment timing, material availability, production changes, inspection requirements, port congestion, carrier availability, customs procedures, weather, government action, and other circumstances outside reasonable control.
ReachTop is not responsible for delays caused by the customer, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs authorities, local contractors, or other third parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Inspection, Installation and Use
Customers should inspect the goods, packaging, quantities, and visible condition promptly after delivery and report any suspected shortage, transport damage, or manufacturing issue in accordance with the applicable contract.
Container and modular buildings must be unloaded, installed, connected, maintained, and used correctly. Foundations, lifting operations, assembly, waterproofing, utility connections, and structural alterations should be completed by qualified personnel in accordance with approved project documents and local requirements.
ReachTop is not responsible for problems caused by:
- Incorrect unloading, lifting, assembly, or installation
- Unsuitable or uneven foundations
- Unapproved structural modifications
- Failure to install required waterproofing components
- Improper electrical or plumbing connections
- Poor maintenance or misuse
- Damage during transportation handled by another party
- Extreme conditions beyond the agreed design basis
- Failure to follow drawings, manuals, or technical instructions
Installation guidance provided through videos, manuals, drawings, email, or remote communication is general support and does not replace qualified on-site supervision where such supervision is required.
10. Warranties and After-Sales Support
Any product warranty, warranty period, remedy, or after-sales responsibility will be defined in the applicable quotation, sales contract, warranty document, or technical agreement.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, website content does not create an additional product warranty.
A warranty does not normally cover ordinary wear, consumable components, cosmetic changes, corrosion caused by unsuitable environments, lack of maintenance, transport damage, improper storage, incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or work performed by third parties.
If a potential manufacturing issue is reported, the customer may be required to provide photographs, videos, measurements, installation records, shipping documents, or other reasonable evidence so that the cause and appropriate solution can be assessed.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website belongs to ReachTop or is used with permission. This includes text, photographs, videos, illustrations, diagrams, downloadable files, price calculators, page layouts, product descriptions, trademarks, logos, and design elements.
You may view and download publicly available content for legitimate personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, reproduce, sell, modify, scrape, translate, remove watermarks from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
ReachTop product drawings, structural details, manufacturing documents, quotations, and project-specific technical materials may contain confidential information and intellectual property. Receiving these materials does not transfer their ownership or grant permission to reproduce or disclose them beyond the purpose for which they were supplied.
12. Materials Submitted by Customers
If you send us drawings, specifications, images, trademarks, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use and share them for the relevant project.
You authorize ReachTop to review and use those materials only as reasonably necessary to prepare a proposal, evaluate feasibility, manufacture an agreed product, or provide the requested service.
Submitting information through a website form or ordinary email does not by itself create a formal confidentiality agreement. Please contact us before sending highly confidential materials if a separate non-disclosure agreement is required.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services such as maps, videos, analytics, messaging platforms, social media, translation tools, and embedded content.
ReachTop does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party websites and services. Accessing them is at your own discretion.
14. Acceptable Use
You may not use this website to:
- Violate any applicable law

- Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems
- Introduce malware or interfere with website operation
- Collect data through unauthorized scraping or automated methods

- Copy ReachTop content for misleading or competing commercial use
- Infringe the rights of ReachTop or any third party
We may restrict access, block submissions, or take appropriate action where website use appears abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful.
15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReachTop does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every item of website information will be suitable for a particular project or location.
ReachTop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on website content, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, project delay, or costs incurred without a formally confirmed agreement.
Product-related responsibilities and remedies will be determined by the applicable sales contract or other written agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Force Majeure
ReachTop will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government restrictions, changes in law, strikes, power interruptions, material shortages, transportation disruption, port congestion, or failure of carriers and other third-party service providers.
The specific rights and responsibilities relating to force majeure for a confirmed order will be governed by the applicable contract.
17. Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By contacting us, you agree that we may use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, evaluate a project, provide requested services, and maintain relevant business records.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising solely from the use of this website should first be addressed through good-faith communication. If it cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a competent court in the jurisdiction where the website operator is registered, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Disputes relating to a purchase, manufacturing order, shipment, or project will be handled according to the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions in the applicable sales contract.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when our website, products, services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the website after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
20. General Provisions
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A failure by ReachTop to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
If these Terms are translated into another language and there is a conflict between versions, the English version will prevail unless otherwise required by applicable law.
